Some ministers, prosecutors and judges did not declare their property, criminal charges against them.

The Anti-Corruption Agency has announced it has delivered 183 criminal charges to officials who have declared property. Ministers, secretaries, attorneys, judges, and assemblies are included in the list of criminal statements.
Through a post on the official page, the agency has suggested that the process of regular annual declaration of public officials' property begins from today.
With the aim of emphasising the importance of accurate reporting and time of wealth, declarative subjects are informed that in connection with criminal work “no false reporting or reporting of property, income, gift, other material benefits or financial obligations under the 430 Kosovo Penal Code No. 06/L-074” in 2021, the agency has exercised about 140 criminal charges, while in February alone, 2022 43 cases have been handed over to the State Prosecutor.
The list of criminal records includes senior officials from the minister's level, secretary-general, prosecutor, judge to members of municipal assembly”, the report says.
