Former Minister Jablanovic against today's Serb protest

Former Kosovo Minister for Kthim and Community Aleksandar Jablanovic, who is also chairman of the Kosovo Serb Party, has criticised holding the protest of his countrymen in several Kosovo municipalities. He said the Serbian List should be held responsible for why it failed to deal with Prime Minister Albin Kurti, whose government is part of the Serbian elections on April 3rd.

“Protests against what and why? Now citizens must defend with their presence the inability of the Serbian List, which has not been able to reconcile with their prime minister, Albin Kurti, to allow Serbian elections. Serbian list is Albin Kurti's partner”, Jablanovic said in a statement for RTV Kim.

He has stressed that the Serbian List does not have the right to leave the institutions because its “representatives cannot make political agreements” with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

If they want to express their dissatisfaction with these institutions in some way, from where they receive their salaries, which are very high and otherwise have two salaries, they should donate their salaries to some Serbian humanitarian organisations in Kosovo and stay in institutions to fight for Serbs”, Jablanovic said.

In the end, Jabllanovic said he is afraid Serbs will have to board buses on April 3rd and go organised for “controlled” in Serbia.

Jabllanovic had been fired from the minister's position by then Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa after insulting Gjakova's mothers. /Gazza Express/
