Meheaj has said he has discussed the security situation in the country and in the region.
On the other hand, Mehaj has said they have concluded that the security situation in the country is good, as is the level of institutional co-operation.
Meheaj has said that the ministry he heads has full attention in fulfilling its constitutional mission.
Here you have his full post:
“Co-operation and Co-ordination with KFOR continues at the highest level as ever.
Today at the meeting with KFOR Chief of General Staff, Brigadier General John P. Maier, we discussed the security situation in the country and the region.
From the joint assessment, the security situation in the country is good, as well as the level of bilateral co-operation and the overall institutional level.
The defence ministry has full focus on the fulfillment of the KSF's constitutional mission and legal tasks in the service of security and stability in the country and the region”, Mehaj has written on his Facebook account.
What stands out is the lack of Kosovo membership in NATO, since Minister Meheaj and top state officials had recently declared their continued mood for Kosovo's NATO membership.
We remember the U.S. State Department a few weeks ago said that such a demand is complex and requires a long-term approach. / PERISCOP
