This is Ukrainian Volodyr Zelensky, who has spent the last three weeks dressed in an army jacket while working for his country's defence.
Zelensky has removed the suit and tie usually seen by the heads of state, choosing the jacket.
This is what he did this Sunday, Macron, which is rarely seen in other than the suit.
The Frenchman has been seen working in the Elysie Palace in the French Paraschutian unit's jacket.
His move has been welcomed, however, some who said the Frenchman was trying to gain little of the Ukrainian leader's popularity.
Russia began its invasion of Ukraine on February 24th. Since then, France has imposed sanctions on the Kremlin until it has consistently discussed partitionation with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Zelensky.
