Kosovo's departure of health workers is the main problem facing health in Kosovo. In this regard, the chairman of the Kosovo Medical Oda estimates that this is very disturbing for the fact that, as he says, “no one is dealing with this task”.
For three months from Kosovo, 62 doctors have fled. This is far more disturbing and disturbing than that, the fact that no one is dealing with this job. So, at least currently we are not looking at concrete cure”, says Sejdiu.
Plerata Sejdiu says the Oda of Kosovo Doctors has started meetings with the Government of Kosovo in the past two weeks, where he mentioned the minister of health, these meetings in which he says they have talked about the draft wage, but without something concrete from them.

Regarding a possible strike by health workers, Sejdiu estimates that if their demands are not met, there will be dissatisfaction, but, according to him, it is not yet known how further it will be done.
I don't want to talk about strikes once, but I'm sure if our demands for this bill are not met there will be dissatisfaction with institutions, but how will it be done next we don't know it at once”, says Pleat Sejdiu.
Health workers had held a strike in November last year, including those in December, through which they had asked to proceed to the Kosovo Assembly for approval of the Bill of Salaries.
Meanwhile, in terms of withdrawing means from the pension Trust, Pleat Sejdiu says this should be thought of for later periods - in the retirement period.
