Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Memli Krasniqi has said the PDK has not blamed the prime minister for the crisis because a global crisis has not been his fault, but his fault has been management of the situation.

When the countries in the region took steps on this issue, Mr. Kurte wouldn't listen to us. It would be better to give these 100m euros to the security sector, to KSF, than to KEDS.”, Krasniqi said.

Furthermore, he has said the ZERE was an instrument of Prime Minister Kurti, and this has been witnessed through their actions.

Our “We've been looking for the VAT removed since early November. The first time in history of Kosovo's independent institutions, which inform us what Government will do without the Government deciding yet. No statement from the government has been heard before. What does that show? The ZRRE has made a report together with the economy ministry and the prime minister.”, Krasniqi has said.

Chairman The PDK, among other things, has said the decision to stop price hikes would have to start at the price of the current.
