Johnson: Putin is acting the way Milosevic behaved in recent years

Johnson says he believes that there is a very narrow analogy between Vladimir Putin's current behaviour with what Slobodan Milosevic had done in recent years.

Johnson says Slobodan Milosevic had tried to convince Serbs that Fushe Kosova is the place where <x0nationalistism and the Serbian nation was born”, and says he had tried to inspire Serbs with the wrong idea” that that place “was to be freed and saved”.

He says there is a huge similarity between this catastrophic mistake of Slobodan Milosevic and what Russia's president has said about Kiev, the origin of Russian religion, culture and civilisation and its objectives towards Ukraine.

Johnson has spoken further about the Hague tribunal's case and evidence against Russia.

When it comes to the International Criminal Court, it's their case. It should be evidence collection. If there is evidence of the use of illegal ammunition, crushed bombs, weapons with barrel, this will have to be handled in Holland”, Johnson said further.
