Haradinaj-Kurt: Don't misuse the budget, no hope for the country

Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has criticised the governance of current Prime Minister Albin Kurti on the economic level, writes the newspaper Periscopi. Haradinaj has said the Kurti Government is no hope for the country's economy since it has failed in capital investments, as well as in development packages.

In addition, Haradinaj has said that municipalities which lead the AAK are a good example in only 100 days of governance.

Haradinaj has said the Kosovo government should not misuse the budget for populist and electoral purposes.

Here you have his full status:

“The central and municipal budgetary dynamics were the topic of discussion at the meeting with MPs, mayors and party leadership.

The alliance is looking at the current government's successive failures with concern, especially in its failure to provide capital investments or development packages, which have caused serious economic and social situation. With only 7% real economic growth, largely thanks to remittances, with the trade deficit of over 3 billion euros, price hikes, this government brings no hope for the country's economy and the welfare of citizens.

On the other hand, municipalities led by the AAK, during the first 100 days of leadership, have shown high dynamism in government and are a good example of government at the country level.

The Kosovo government must change and adapt it to the new macroeconomic conditions, the medium-term framework of spending and begin reviewing the budget, re-assigning means that cannot be realised, including the Law of Salaries, rather than misusing the budget for populist and electoral purposes”, has written Haradinaj in its Facebook account. / PERICSOP
