Colonel Yuri Medvedev was seen on a Russian video being transported to hospital in Belarus.
The commander is taught that he has suffered severe injuries on his feet. The soldier had accused the commander of the death of half his fighters, reports Ukrainian journalist Roman Zimbaluk.
“A soldier, choosing an appropriate moment during the battle, crushed his brigade commander, Colonel Yuri Medvedev, with a tank, wounding both legs,”, said Zimbaluk. Medvedev is in a hospital in Belarus and has already been given the Order of Courage”.
This has not been independently verified, but a video released by Chechen leader Ramzan Cadyrov, a close ally of Vladimir Putin, clearly indicated that Medvedev was being transported by medical troops to Belarus for hospital treatment.
The Kremlin is said to be sending an execution squad after their army by order to kill any Russian trying to escape.
Ukraine's security services claim that prisoners of war have told them of the terrible tactic they have allegedly seen Russian weapons pointing at them.
