Reporting to the Parliamentary Commission for Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, chief diplomat Donika Grovalla warned that during this week they will make a decision on forming a group that deals with technical, political and diplomatic membership in NATO. Meanwhile, he said Kosovo is ready for the admission of 5,000 Ukrainian refugees.
We don't have concrete signals for a military attack on anybody in Kosovo, but we have to be very vigilant and prepared, because We never knew. Many have underestimated the Russian danger in Ukraine and have not believed that it can come to an open war. We do not want Kosovo to fall prey to the wrong and incorrect estimates. We are in constant contact with all our partners and allies in order for the situation and developments in the region to be monitored with extraordinary care. It is important to say that in Kosovo no one needs to feel panic about the situation, as there is no presumption we are close to an armed conflict with anyone, she said.
