George Soros: World War III has begun

Soros is the founder of the Open Society Foundation and a great lawyer for liberal democracy. Born to a Jewish family in Budapest in 1936, he survived World War II and Nazi occupation, and after war he migrated to Great Britain, where he graduated from “London School of Economics” He then moved to the United States and founded one of the most successful investment funds in the world.

Soros writes that the Russian army is weaker than thought.

He decided to punish Ukraine because he opposed them and seems to have lost all his brakes. He throws the entire Russian army into battle and ignores all the rules of war, not just the indiscriminately bombing of civilians. Since then many hospitals have been hit, he writes.

Russia could easily lose the war, Soros said.

“Both the US and the European Union are sending defence weapons to Ukraine and efforts are being made to buy Russian-made MiG fighter aircraft, with which Ukrainian pilots are known. This could make a big difference”, he wrote further.

Whatever the outcome of the war, Putin has already performed miracles in promoting the EU's determination and unity, it is said.

“We can only hope that Putin and Xi will fall before they can erase our civilization”, Soros concludes.
