News agency sources said the sanctions, to be discussed by EU ambassadors today at a meeting that starts at 2: 00 p.m., will exclude three Belarusic banks from the Swiss banking system and add more Russian oligarchs and politicians to the EU blacklist.
The sanctions will also reportedly ban exports from EU naval technology to Russia and include guidelines for monitoring cryptoids to prevent them from using sanctions.
