The compact that we are launching with this agreement today will create capacities that will enable COST to ensure the balance of the system automatically and manual for at least 15 years. The reserve capacity will depend on the final negotiations expected to be held in May 2022, but what I can assure you is that the capacity will be more than 150 megawatts and more than 200 megawatts of spare hours... Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi has informed the government cabinet of the implementation of the Programme for the implementation of a Stabilisation and Association Agreement during 2021, which he said the overall level of implementation of measures so far is 51.43%, or 126 out of 245 of the previous measures.
