After the meeting in Ukriana's capital, Abramovich, who has travelled between Moscow, Lviv and other negotiating countries, as well as two other members of the Ukraine team have developed symptoms involving eye rashing, tear constantly and decline in the face and hands, relatives said.
They blamed the Radicals in Moscow for the alleged attack, which they say wished they could sabotage the negotiations for ending the war. A person close to Abramovich said it is not clear who has targeted the group.
Abramovich and Ukrainian negotiators, including Crimean lawmaker Rustem Umerov, have since improved and are out of danger for life, the sources report. Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Selenxy, who had met with Abrmitch, had not been infected. Zelenksy's spokesman said he had no information about the allegations of poisoning.
Western experts who analyzed the incident said it was difficult to determine whether the symptoms were caused by a chemical or biological agent or was a kind of an electroganetic attack, according to the fact that the case was known.
