(4 years ago)British Deputy Prime Minister Dominic Raab has described discussions of a growing threat to Russian nuclear weapons use in its invasion of Ukraine as rhetoric and fraud, reports The Guardian. “
“I think it's its rhetoric”, he told Sky News when asked about a possible nuclear escalation from the Kremlin.
This is a distraction from real issues which is that it's an illegal invasion and it's not going according to plan”, he added, follows Express.
He also ruled out again the possibility of establishing a no-fly zone over Ukraine, saying it would lead to a “massive escalation” and would feed on the Russian president's narrative.
