A dead and three injured following Russian attack on Kiev

At least one person has died and three others have been injured after a Russian explosives hit a residential building in the Ukrainian capital, reports say.

The State Emergency Service earlier confirmed that a Russian artillery shell had hit a nine-story residential building and damaged several apartments, writes Skynews.
