The court decides for eight arrested in case “Brezovica”

The suspects are charged with the following.

I.M. suspected because of criminal acts misuse of position or authority.

A.I.. suspected because of criminal acts to bribe and exercise influence

Mr. G and A.X. suspected because of criminal acts in co-ordination taking bribes in aid and co-ordination of influence.

M. S. suspected because of criminal acts to bribe and exercise influence.

F.H. suspected because of criminal acts to bribe and exercise influence.

R.A. Suspected because of criminal acts, granting bribes and exercising influence by Article 431 paragraph 2 of KPRK; forging documents from Article 398 paragraph 2 of KPRK.

H.A. Suspected because of criminal acts, granting bribes and exercising influence by Article 431 paragraph 2 of KPRK.

“State prosecutor's request for the detention measure against seven (7) suspects: I.M., Mr.G., A.X., M.SH., F.H., R.A., H.A. It has been approved as a base, and the same iúu has been set as a measure of detention for a (1) month apart from each, in accordance with the legal provisions of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code, due to the suspicion that defendants have carried out the most described criminal acts, while in terms of defendants A.I. Set aside the security measure, which has been ordered to be submitted to the Pristina Centre Police Station and the ban on offering to the country or person designated for the duration of (1) months, the legal provisions of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code”, the report said.
