Markushyn said the Russians opened fire during an evacuation across a bridge.
A family died, he said, two young children and two adults died before my eyes. ”
The video from the site showed civilians moving through the checkpoint before an explosion occurred at a crossroads that seemed to have been caused by a missile.

Marcushyn claimed another evacuation would begin tomorrow morning.
