A candidate withdraws from running for chief prosecutor

Arben Ishmael has retired from the competition for the chief prosecutor. This has been announced by the Prosecutorial Council to Kosovo. Five candidates remain in the race. Five candidates remain in the race.
It's Armend Hamiti, prosecutor at Pristina Founding Prosecutor; Blerim Isufajn, chief prosecutor at the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo; Cameron Munishi, chief prosecutor at Pristina Foundation Prosecutor; Lulzim Sulejmani, prosecutor at the State Chief Prosecutor's Office and Albanian Fazliu, prosecutor at the State Chief Prosecutor's Office.

The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK) has reconfirmed the candidate list for the chief state prosecutor.
This reconfirmation of candidates has emerged as a need after prosecutor Arben Ismajli's withdrawal from the race for the chief state prosecutor.
Also, the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council has invited on March 18th 2022 five candidates for the Chief State Prosecutor for their interview by the assessment panel.
Reconfirmed candidates from the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council today are:
1. Armend Hamiti, prosecutor at Pristina Foundation Prosecutor;
2. Blerim Isufaj, chief prosecutor at the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo;
3. Cameron Munishi, chief prosecutor at Pristina Foundation Prosecutor;
4. Lulzim Sulejmani, prosecutor at Chief State Prosecutor's Office and
5. Albanian Fazliu, prosecutor at the chief state prosecutor's office.
