“James Stepey warns that NATO can intervene in Ukraine if Russia uses chemical weapons”, Swinford wrote.
“Putin should have made clear when other countries have used chemical weapons, this has caused an international reaction”, the British minister was quoted as saying.
“The use of chemical weapons is the most disgusting thing”, the British minister added it further according to Swinford.
