A statement by the Foreign Ministry reportedly would prevent the maintenance of aircraft and ships belonging to the Russian oligarchs or their businesses.

They also confirmed that sanctions will be strengthened against Russian businessmen Eugene Schvidler and Oleg Tinkov, while fines imposed on Crime will be displayed “divided into controlled non-governmental areas of the Donesk regions and Luhansk”.
