“Brezovica 3”

Businessman Arian Idrizaj has been one of eight arrested in the “Brezovica 3” case, but he has been released by the Court on Saturday, and the same has only been assigned to security measures.

“... About defendant A.I. The security measure, which is ordered to be submitted to the Pristina Centre Police Station and the ban on offering the country or the person designated in the duration of (1) months, the legal provisions of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code”, was said at the prosecution's announcement, released Saturday.

Lawyer Skender Musa has confirmed the news of his release.

“Ariani has been released in full treatment, as I have applied to the State Attorney to start negotiating on the plea. My client has no obligation to co-operate with the state, as far as the other persons involved --” -- has told Musa about the Insander Gazette.

The newspaper Insider has learned that the prosecution owns videos, where one sees Arrian Idrizaj, bribed the former head of Shtrpca, Bratislav Nikolic.

That seems to have been why Moses asked his client to admit guilt, a fact that could lead the businessman to prison.

Out of guiltyness, Idrizaj can obtain easier prison sentences than he risks taking into regular judicial procedure.

Otherwise, Idrizaj had been arrested on March 3rd, in the “Brezovica 3” action, under suspicion of granting him 100 thousand euros, to Sterpce's former leader, Bratislav Nikolic.

For the defendant A.I., there is doubt that from 2014 to 2018, in Shtrpce, he directly gave money to the official person [v.j.]. Shrpca's former leader, Bratislav Nikolic, says at Ferizaj's Prosecution's announcement, that he does not act in accordance with his official duties”, writes the newspaper Insander.

Pristina businessman suspected of bribing “ ” and “Promising influence”, as, for the latter, always according to the prosecution's announcement, he indirectly gave a gift before the official person [v.i.]. Shrpca's former leader, Bratislav Nikolic, to exercise unjust influence on his decision making.

“Arian Idrizaj charged that by the end of 2010, in the tourist area of the “National Park Sharri”, in Brezovica, the municipality of Shtrpce, has degraded the environment by jeopardising protected natural wealth”, writes in the indictment, which is owned by Insander newspaper.

The charge against him and several others was filed by the Prosecution Prosecutor Rasim Maloku on November 16, 2020.

Over Idrizajn some doubts weigh down, according to the indictment provided by Insander newspaper.

The trial against Idrizaj and others has not yet begun, as all seven hearings called have failed due to the lack of indictees.

A recent session was called on February 14 of this year, but it has failed under these circumstances, the initial session for this occasion was scheduled on March 15, 2022.

President and vice-president wait at a meeting

Although businessman Idrizaj is accused of degrading the environment in Brezovica, it has prevented meetings from being expected by state leaders.

The businessman in his writing has thanked Konjufca Osman, as he has said of “the generous state support for establishing the quality of higher education”.

According to Idrizaj's report, he at these meetings was along with Alma Mater Europea President of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts Acade. Prof. Dr. Felixchinger as well as AMEC Rezonca Akad. Prof. Dr. Ramadan Idrizaj.

The latter is Arian's father, who has been involved in another event.

The company of one of Behgjet Pacolli's brothers had won the 5th facility of “Famedrad”, following the 2.4m-euro offer, after the most expensive bidder, Ramadan Idrizaj, had not had the money to pay.

Idrizaj has then asked Pacolli to give it to him owned by Farmed, since a good modern hospital could be built there. By a confidential agreement, the parties had agreed that after Idrizaj pays a lot of 2.4m euros to take over the Pacolli target for 1m euros, the Insander newspaper writes.

But, according to Palli, Idrizaj had never paid, as if he had not kept to another agreement, under which both sides would invest out of 10m euros in hospital construction at the facility.

Pacolli owns Farmedin, where he now rents the European mission for rule of law, EULEX.

Case “

Otherwise, Kosovo police even in December 2021, and in January of this year, have arrested persons involved in the case called “Brezovica”

In late December, ten people have been arrested, including the former head of the Shrpca municipality, simultaneously Serbian List official Bratislav Nikollic, on charges of misuse of the official position.

Authorities suspect Nikollic has benefited up to a million euros for illegally issued permits for the construction of facilities in Brezovica, in the Shtrpca municipality, writes Inseder newspaper.

However, four people have been arrested in the action of January, including officials from the Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure.

Court and order authorities in Kosovo, in the month of January, had announced that they have frozen close to 6m euros, allegedly illegally benefited by defendants involved in the case known as “Brezovica”.

At the time of the December arrests, judicial authorities have said most of the buildings in Brezovica have been illegally built.

According to them, if it proves that they were built without permission, all properties, including villas, will be temporarily seized, writes Insander newspaper.

Brezovica is considered one of the largest winter tourism centres in Kosovo and is known for the ski centre.

It is located in the Shtrpce municipality and belongs in the “National Park. Sharri” /
