The European Union's foreign policy chief, Josep Borrell, on Monday has condemned Putin's conquest ofbarı in Ukraine and has confirmed the fourth package of sanctions against the Kremlin, writes anews, follows Periscope.
Borrell said Moscow is not only targeting the Ukrainian army, but also civilians, underlining that in the siege of the southern port of Mariupolis “more than 4000 civilians have been killed since the beginning of the invasion.
Putin's “fight is not only about Ukraine, it is about the security and stability of our continent of Europe. The war affects us all”, Borrell told reporters in Skopje.
