“We condemn the Russian Federation missile attack on the International Centre for Peace and Security Preservation in Yavoriv, near the Ukrainian border with Poland”, Blinken wrote on Twitter Sunday.
Thirty-five people were killed and 134 were injured after more than 30 rockets were fired at a military base early Sunday morning. The International Peacekeeping and Security Centre is a major military base that includes a training centre for soldiers and has sheltered US and NATO forces in the past.
