On one of the American bases, in front of American soldiers, he has given an inspiring speech today, saying that the U.S. is creating a new principle for the whole world, writes Express newspaper.

In his speech, he also spoke of his son Beau Biden, who had served in Kosovo and Iraq.

My son spent a year in Iraq and six months in Kosovo and was proud of every day for the uniform he held”, Biden said before American troops in Poland.
