During his visit, Mr. Biden is expected to meet with members of the US's 82nd Air Division, the BBC reports.
He will also receive information about the serious humanitarian situation in Ukraine.
Over two million refugees have fled to Poland, where the capital city of Warsaw houses some 300 thousand of them.
Beden is expected to meet with Polish President Andreze Duda to thank the country for their humanitarian efforts.
The US president's trip comes after the West faces urgent questions about what it will do most to help Ukrainians still facing the Russian attack.
