Azema: The minimum wage for us is 400 euros, not what Kurti proposes

Kosovo Private Sector Union Chairman Isuf Azemaj has said they do not accept the minimum wage worth 264 euros, which is promised today by Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurt, writes the Periscope newspaper. He said talking about the amount Kurt proposed is like talking about [...]
He said talking about the amount Kurt proposed is like talking about the late snow.
“We've said it once and we're not moving out of this, the minimum wage must be 400 euros. Speaking of paying 264 euros is like talking about the snow of the first two years, because we don't get hired, don't owe us, doesn't owe us, it's better not to talk at all about those different versions”, Azemaj said in Klan Kosova.
Azemaj has stressed that the private sector labour union does not accept this proposal.
Whatever you think we'll sign under 400 euros' wages is wrong because we're the only union representing private sector workers. The only employees in the private sector who receive minimum wage, so there is only one union that can and cannot afford to pay for this”, Azemaj said. / PERISCOP
