The Anti-Corruption Agency AKK has also spotted Luan Dalipi, who heads Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti's staff. Dalip has been forced to submit ownership in three businesses, though he is inactive in his statement of wealth. In the form he sent to the Anti-Corruption Agency for 2021, the feature of stock ownership in commercial companies has left it empty. From the Anti-Corruption Agency, they have confirmed that they have launched an investigation into Dalip, while saying the case does not prejudge.
The Anti-Corruption Agency, from regular media monitoring, has identified information concerning the Apostolic Official's Business, and is therefore verifying the case by the responsible departments. The agency in no case prejudges the outcome of the investigations before all investigations are conducted under legislation in effect. The development of investigations and property control is carried out without ethnic, gender, language, religion and other declaration subjects”, said the AKK's response to Periscope.

The prime minister's official has provided his explanation of why he has not declared these businesses in the wealth declaration. But he's admitted he owns it.
None of these businesses have been active for years. Also, the ATK is listed as non-active business”, Dalipi told Periscope.
Unlike Dalip, dozens of other officials have declared ownership of non-active businesses in the AKK, but not even in extinct businesses.
A few days ago, the AKK has handed over criminal speculation to Roseta Hajdari, Minister of Industry, Intervention and Trade.
According to the Agency, Minister Hajdari is suspected of not reporting or reporting false property, incomes, gifts and other material benefits or financial obligations from Article 430 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.
