Kostadin Dollani, former director of the Defence Institute from Radiation, said the problem with nuclear emergencies has started since 1998.
According to him, there are experts monitoring the radiation level at 8 points, starting with Tirana.
He stressed that Chernobyl included the globe, so in case of a possible explosion, there will surely be consequences, but special structures will take measures.
