According to him, co-operation with the countries of the region remains one of the most important things in Montenegro's foreign policy.
The purpose of one of the most important things in Montenegro's foreign policy is co-operation with all states in the region, normally even with Kosovo, certainly”.
Of course, when we install the new government, we will continue even higher to establish relations among all states in the region, this and the former market as a particular issue in need in these moments of crisis, that we have the Russian invasion in Ukraine. So we have to be sure that only together, all states of this region can bring a new spirit to Europe. I believe that even with the Government of Kosovo there will be very good reports”.
In addition, he has not ruled out putting the demarcation issue with Kosovo on the table.
He told Klan Kosovo that as prime minister it would be transparent along with his Kosovo counterpart to address in detail this deal.
There are no questions we won't put on the table. When the new government comes, we'll open all the questions at the table, so we have to have some transparency in our work. But they must all be aware that the former government in Kosovo has made decisions together with the former government in Montenegro. So if any error or guilt is identified, it cannot be addressed to current governments”.
Abazovic reiterated that he is ready tomorrow to go to Parliament on the issue of forming the new government.
I'm ready to go to Parliament tomorrow. But I have full meaning for other parties. Everyone in Montenegro is looking forward to forming the new” government.
