On the 13th day of the Russian attack, Ukraine's General Staff of Armed Forces said Ukrainian troops are still being protected in the southern, eastern and northern sectors and that Kiev capital and the northern town of Chernihivi are still in Ukraine's hands.
He added that Ukraine's air defence is successfully deterring missile and air attacks.
“The perpetrators are demoralised and increasingly violate the rules of international humanitarian law for the military conflict”, Ukraine's military said.
