Addressing the UN General Assembly, which is gathering to discuss Ukraine, Guterres says it is time for “content, reason and de-progress”.
“It is time to establish a ceasefire and return to the path of dialogue and negotiations”, the UN secretary-general said during the speech being held in New York, the BBC writes.
Guterres says he is “fully committed to resolving this crisis without further bloodshed”. /abcnews.al/
