Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq has commented on the event at the White House during the signing of the Washington Agreement.
Vuciq said he has refused to sign the clause for mutual recognition with Kosovo and said the same has been in Brussels, Klankosova broadcast.tv.
The “was a similar situation in Brussels. There were six votes per and five against for Kosovo's membership in the UN, but I was the most popular one, so they realized that we couldn't accept this”, he said.
