Recognition of “independence” of two regions within Ukraine and the introduction of Russian troops into Ukrainian territory contrary to international law has also enabled its ally in the Balkans to activate.
Vucic has put the country's army and police on alert, Serbian media close to Vucicin report.
Russia's President Vladimir Putin has ordered Russian Defence Minister “to secure peace” in Donetsk and Luhansk shortly.
It is even reported that Russian troops were introduced into the two regions, which hours ago even officially recognized the Kremlin as independent states.
In the moments Putin was explaining why he has decided to sign the decree to recognise these two separatist regions east of Ukraine, a military convoy with buses and tanks has emerged.
We remember that there are already close to 200,000 Russian soldiers along the Ukrainian border line, who have been on alert for months, and according to American intelligence agencies, Putin can every moment order the invasion of Ukraine.
