Ukraine does not believe Russian forces have started to withdraw from the border with it.
So says Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba.
“We have a rule, we don't believe in what we hear, but what we see”, he stressed, BBC reports, broadcasts Klankosova.tv.
When we see the attraction, then we'll believe in escalation”.
He has said Ukraine is conveying the diplomatic route for working together with allies to prevent the transition.
