Russia is planning a subx0 mass operation of the fake flag”, Ukraine's foreign minister, Periscopi broadcasts.
Citing intelligence sources, Dmytro Kuleba said Russia hopes to “dehumanise” Ukrainians with the operation.
“Do not trust forged files. Ukraine defends its land in a fair and defensive war,” he said.
“Unlike Russia, we don't target gardens and civilians. ”
His comment comes after previous claims made by Ukraine that Russian forces have attacked orphanages and nests in the country.
A false flag operation is an act carried out in order to disguise the actual source of responsibility and impeach another party.
