After five hours of discussion, the meeting between the teams of Russia and Ukraine has ended.
Talks between the Ukrainian and Russian negotiating team, which were under way at the Belarus border, have ended. So reports the Guardian, quoting a Russian news agency.
The meeting started at noon, while the parties there entered “without preconditions”.
As these negotiations were under way, it was reported that Russia attacked by missile attack, the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Voldymyr Zelensky signed Ukraine's membership application to the European Union.
