The decree envisions the following measures:
• Document checks;
•Stop protests;
• Evaporating people from dangerous areas;
•Stop production and spread of information that can “destabilize the” situation;
Other measures that could be implemented “if necessary” include:
• a curfew;
•special access and exit regime;
• Producing and spreading;
•<x0 separate rules” for spreading information online;
The declaration affects all of Ukraine except for two eastern regions, which have been in a state of emergency since 2014. /Periscope.
