Seeking more fighters, Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky said that under military law, he would allow prisoners with combat experience to be released to help protect the country and “to compensate for their guilt”.
He said he is confident they will win over Russia, until he confessed when he planned to run for president, he said that each citizen is president.
