We offer Russian soldiers a choice: To die in an unfair war or a full amnesty and 5 million rubles in compensation. If they will hand over their weapons and voluntarily surrender”, the Ukraine Defence Ministry wrote in a Facebook post.
By contrast, the several-hour meeting between Ukraine and Russia has ended, while a Ukrainian presidency official -- committed to communication with the public -- has briefly shown “the <x1nd> exploitation of discussions.
He has said the talks have been difficult and that the Russian side is not repentant of what it caused.
