Top Ukrainian security officials have indicated that a state of emergency will be declared throughout Ukraine's entire territory, except for the two regions, writes Sky Nesa, followed Periscope.
Exceptions make Donetsk and Luhanks, east of Ukraine, which are partly controlled by pro-Russian separatists.
It seems Ukraine is preparing for a possible invasion by Russia, which earlier announced it would allow for approval of a move that would enable its citizens to carry firearms.
