This image, published by some Ukrainian media, shows a Russian plane that explodes into the air. According to Ukrainian media, the Russian plane was shot by the Ukrainian Army.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces now claim to have destroyed 6 aircraft and 2 helicopters. Also fought was the attack on Schastia, during which apparently 2 tanks were destroyed and around 50 Russian invaders were killed”, according to Russian media.
Russia has begun the invasion of Ukraine by Donbas, causing seven people killed and nine injured so far.
Ukraine's Foreign Minister, Dimitro Kuleba, said this morning that Russia began its invasion.
In a Twitter post, Kuleba wrote that Russian President Vladimir Putin has launched the “invasion of Ukraine full-scale”.
He said Ukraine would defend itself and that <x0bot can and should stop Putin”.
The peaceful cities of Ukraine are under attack. This is a war of aggression”, Kuleba said.
