The Ukrainian Parliament, on first reading, has voted for approval of a draft law granting its citizens the right to carry arms and use them for self-protection, writes The Guardian, Pryscopy.
Law designers said ʹFuking this law is entirely in the interest of state and society”, adding, “the law was necessary due to the risk and threats against Ukrainian citizens”.
