Tome Gashi is convicted of kicking the beggar, confirming it to fellow lawyers

Under the OAK decision, Gashi has committed serious violations of the lawyer's duties and authority and violated the lawyer's authority.

This Court of Lawyers decision has come after the Disciplinary College has imposed a 2,500 fine on the lawyer. Gashi has complained about the pronunciation of this fine, but the OAK ruled that Gashi's complaint is unfounded.
