This Court of Lawyers decision has come after the Disciplinary College has imposed a 2,500 fine on the lawyer. Gashi has complained about the pronunciation of this fine, but the OAK ruled that Gashi's complaint is unfounded.

“Disciplinary College in accordance with Article 51 paragraph 1, subparagraph 1.2 of the Law for Lawyer, Article 123 paragraph 3 of the OAK station presented, Lawyer T.
