This is today's 14th anniversary of Independence.

The Kosovo Hydromeorology Institute (IHMK) has announced that minimal temperatures will be moved between 0-4 degrees Celsius, while maximums will be moved between 8-13 degrees Celsius.

“In the grass fields, light declines are forecast, and these changes will enable unstable weather by bringing rainfall on Wednesday and a decrease in temperatures, mostly maximum of the day. The most intense rains are expected in the northwest, west and centre of the country, while the eastern and southeastern part is projected to have low-level intensity rainfall. There is no exception for snowfall in the mountains (Albanian Alpets and the Sharr Mountains). Minimum temperatures will move between 0-4 degrees Celsius, while maximums of the day are projected to move between 8-13 degrees Celsius. In mountainous areas temperatures will be at 2-4 degrees lower than in average and low areas. The wind will blow from the northwest and southwest at a speed of 1-7m/s”, the IHPC report said.
