One of the key defendants in the alleged theft of 2.1m euros from the State Treasury in October 2020, Labinot Gruda, has pleaded guilty to all points accused of, at the upcoming court hearing under way at the Pristina Foundation Court.
Following his plea, the other defendant's lawyer for the case, Kadri Shala, Floren Latifi, has demanded that the hearing be postponed.
Latif said he didn't expect this situation so he needed more time to consult the client.
Meanwhile, lawyer Tahir Rrecaj has said the indictment is set up in sufficient evidence and that not only he but no lawyer will be able to bring down the indictment. /Time/
