The Special Court has continued detention of the two leaders of the War Veterans Organisation, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj.
The decision was made by the Judicial Chamber made up of judges: Charles Smith III, Christoph Barthe, Gueanael Mettraux and Fernal Gaynor.
In this case, the Judicial Chamber has asked the Prosecutor to send forth the parameters for the next re-responsive of detention by April 7th, as it has given the defence deadline to respond to the prosecution body's claims by April 14th.
Otherwise, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj are in custody since September 2020, when they were arrested in Pristina.
