Great Britain's envoy for the Western Balkans, Stuart Peach during Thursday was visiting Kosovo, while after the end of his visit he has published a video with his impressions of how Kosovo has changed since his first visit in 2000.

Peach stresses that Kosovo has always been a special place for it and that the United Kingdom will continue to be a steadfast partner for Kosovo.

He further says there is still much work done, but Kosovo should be proud of many things.

Kosovo has always been a special place for me since I first came here in 2000.

Back in 2022, it is amazing to see how much Kosovo has changed for the better.

My role as the special envoy of the United Kingdom is to support work to promote stability and prosperity in this region.

There's still things that need to be done, but my impressions are there's a lot to be proud of.

In a Short Time Kosovo has become a democracy that works well, towards Euro-Atlantic integration, and is taking important steps to prevent corruption and empower rule of law”, he said.
