US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin said today in Lithuania that it is clear that Russia has made a decision and is moving into positions needed to carry out an attack on Ukraine.
“They are breaking up and now ready to hit”, Austin said.
If you look at the position he is in today, it seems Putin has made a decision and they are moving in the right positions to carry out a” attack, Austin said.
Austin and others in the United States continue to say diplomacy is still possible, adding, “I believe we should try until the last minute, until it is possible”.
“Since this moment, I am convinced that he has made the decision”, Biden said during talks at the White House.
