The United States has written a letter to United Nations human rights officials, in which it reportedly has creditable information that Russia has identified Ukrainian citizens who will be killed and sent to camps if Ukraine's invasion and its occupation occurs, CNN reports.
The letter was signed by Ambassador Bathsheba Nell Crocker, United Nations office representative and other foreign organisations in Geneva and handed over to the High Commissioner for Human Rights of the United Nations, Michelle Bachelet.
Crocker said the disturbing information recently taken from the United States that envisions the attack on human rights and post-invasive abuse are already planned. /cn/periscope
